Materials

Our team specialises not only in welding a wide variety of metals, but also in joining complex and difficult-to-weld metal alloys.
For many metals, we resort to robot welding and rely on computer-controlled, automated manufacturing processes. We always adapt our welding process to the respective material and your individual requirements. Particularly for products with current high-performance materials, joining processes often have to be found first and optimised to meet the respective requirements.

For robot welding (automated laser welding), we use all the welding filler materials that we also use for manual laser welding: Aluminium, copper, steel, stainless steel and more.
The advantages are better reproducibility and more precise process control.

The main advantages of welding with filler metal are that significantly more materials can be joined together than without filler metal. Furthermore, no cracks or faulty bonds are to be expected.

Trust us, we will be happy to assist you with our extensive knowledge.
